About the Open House
The El Paso Metropolitan Planning Organization held the Borderplex Safe Mobility Plan Open House on October 16, 2024, at MacArthur PK-8 School, 8101 Whitus Dr., El Paso, TX 79925, from 5 – 7 pm. Attendees learned more about the development of the Safe Mobility Plan and provided their input on proposed projects and recommendations.
