The El Paso Metropolitan Planning Organization invites the community to attend the 2nd open house event on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Michelle T. Adjemian Recreation Center located at 9031 Viscount Blvd, El Paso, Texas 79925.

Attendees have the opportunity to be involved in the planning process, learn about recommendations resulting from the draft Borderplex Safe Mobility Plan, and provide feedback on how roadway safety can be improved in the region.
