Open House 2
The El Paso Metropolitan Planning Organization held the second the community to attend the second Borderplex Safe Mobility Plan Open House on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Michelle T. Adjemian Recreation Center located at 9031 Viscount Blvd, El Paso, Texas 79925. Attendees learned more about the development of the Safe Mobility Plan and provided their input on proposed projects and recommendations.
Attendees have the opportunity to be involved in the planning process, learn about recommendations resulting from the draft Borderplex Safe Mobility Plan, and provide feedback on how roadway safety can be improved in the region.
